1. Who we are and how to contact us

Raouf Method provides online fitness coaching based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All services are delivered online. You can contact us at support@raoufmethod.com.

2. Our plans and how billing works

We offer three online coaching options:

• Lean Strength Blueprint — a self-guided course, AED 599, one-time.
• Raouf 12 Transformation — online coaching, AED 899 per month.
• Private Coaching — one-to-one online coaching, AED 1,699 per month.

No payment is taken through this website. Every application is reviewed before any payment. If your application is accepted, payment is arranged with you directly. There is no online payment gateway and no automatic renewal — monthly plans continue only when you choose to pay for the next month.

3. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to apply. You agree to give accurate information, follow the guidance sensibly, train within your own ability, and disclose any injuries, medical conditions, medications or restrictions before and during coaching. Coaching materials are for your personal use only — you must not share, resell or redistribute them, and you must use the service lawfully.

4. Cancellation, pausing and rescheduling

Because there is no automatic renewal, you can stop at any time before your next month begins, and you are only charged for periods you have agreed to. Sessions and check-ins can be rescheduled by agreement when you give reasonable notice; sessions missed without notice may not be made up. Pausing a plan can be arranged by agreement.

5. Intellectual property

All programs, videos, written materials and other content provided by Raouf Method remain our property and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, publish or distribute them without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability and governing law

Coaching is educational and does not guarantee any specific result, and you take part at your own risk (please read the Coaching Disclaimer). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raouf Method is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the service, except where caused by our proven negligence. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights under UAE law are not affected.

7. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is dated at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
