Coaching Disclaimer
Last updated 31 July 2026
Please read this disclaimer before starting any Raouf Method training or nutrition guidance. It explains the limits of coaching and your responsibilities.
1. Educational, not medical advice
Raouf Method training and nutrition guidance is provided for education and general fitness. It is not medical, diagnostic or treatment advice, and it does not replace care from a qualified doctor or other licensed health professional.
2. Consult a doctor before starting
You should consult a doctor or qualified medical professional before starting this or any exercise and nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you.
3. No guaranteed results
Results depend on your effort, consistency, starting point and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific strength, fitness, health or body-composition outcome, and individual results will vary.
4. Assumption of risk
Exercise carries inherent risks. You take part voluntarily and are responsible for training safely, using correct technique, working within your ability, and stopping and seeking help if you feel pain, dizziness or any warning sign.
5. Injuries, medical conditions and clearance
You must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, medications or restrictions before and during coaching, and keep us updated if they change. We may ask for medical clearance before or during your program. We approach training around injuries conservatively and may refer you to a licensed medical professional; coaching does not replace their advice or care.
6. Your acknowledgement
By applying for coaching you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer. We may update it from time to time; the current version is dated at the top of this page.
