Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds apply to the Raouf Method self-guided course and monthly coaching plans, and how to request one.
1. Self-guided course (Lean Strength Blueprint)
The Lean Strength Blueprint is a digital product delivered to you as soon as access is granted. Because it is digital and available immediately, it is non-refundable once access has been provided, except where you have rights to a refund under applicable UAE consumer-protection law.
2. Monthly coaching plans
Payment for coaching is arranged manually and there is no automatic renewal, so you only ever pay for a month you have agreed to. Once a coaching month has started, the fee for that month is generally non-refundable, because your coaching time and personalised plan are reserved for you. You can simply choose not to continue into the next month.
3. Cooling-off and how to request a refund
If you believe a refund is due, contact us at support@raoufmethod.com with your name and the details of your payment. We review each request fairly and in line with UAE consumer-protection law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection).
4. How approved refunds are paid
Where a refund is approved, we return it using the same method you used to pay (for example, bank transfer), normally within a reasonable period after approval.
5. Payments and providers
We do not use an online payment gateway. All payments are arranged directly after your application is accepted, so any refund is handled directly by Raouf Method rather than through a third-party provider.
