Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you submit an application through this website, we collect the details you provide: your full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, age, your training goal, training experience, weekly availability, and any notes you choose to add (which may include injuries, medical conditions or food preferences you decide to share).

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising trackers, and we do not collect payment details through the site.

2. How and why we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• review your application and decide whether coaching is a good fit;
• contact you about your application and your coaching;
• deliver and personalise your training and nutrition guidance.

We rely on your consent and on the steps necessary to provide the coaching service. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated advertising.

3. Where your data is stored and who processes it

Applications are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase, our database provider, and the website runs on a private server. Where your data is processed on servers located outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected. We do not currently use analytics, marketing-automation or third-party tracking services.

4. How long we keep your data, and your rights

If your application is not successful, we delete it within 6 months. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as you are coaching with us and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless we are required to keep certain records for longer to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 5.

6. UAE data protection

We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
